Particularly for those who assert Trump's vindication over not appearing on the Jeffrey Epstein flight logs, bear in mind that in 2019 Alex Acosta resigned as Trump's Labor Secretary due to outrage of when he was U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida and, according to the Department of Justice, used "poor judgment" in 2008 by offering an egregiously lenient plea agreement to Jeffrey Epstein. "Following Epstein’s arrest over the weekend, Acosta’s role in securing him the extremely lenient non-prosecution agreement has come under increasingly intense scrutiny.
