• Bovine (cow) colostrum: I like 21st Century brand because it's not pasteurized and from New Zealand where the environment is cleaner and cows are raised more humanely.
• L-Glutamine
• Freshly-ionized, alkaline water.
• Robert Scott Bell's silver-aloe protocol: http://www.robertscottbell.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/RSB-GI-Silver-Aloe-protocol.pdf
• Digestive enzymes: many potent ones are available. I like Wobenzym's products for their potency.
• Peppermint essential oil, preferably organic; available in enteric-coated gelcaps to dissolve more in the lower GI tract
• Ginger root: I like candied or crystallized
• Probiotics & prebiotics (inulin, kim chi, saeurkraut, kombucha)
• TMG: trimethylglycine
• Betain HCl (hydrochloride): becomes hydrochloric acid when mixed with water at the start of a meal, followed by pepsin at the end of a meal. The combination prevents plaque and tartar from building up on the teeth.
Take at first sign of food poisoning and for general detoxification:
• Activated charcoal: 4 capsules
• Calcium-bentonite clay: 1 tablespoon
• N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)
Don't eat out or leave home without plenty of the following for yourself and to share if needed to counteract [food] poisoning: activated charcoal, calcium-bentonite clay, and N-Acetyl Cysteine. Although not as cleansing as the above items, ginger root (I like candied ginger root with meals) helps digestion and regulate blood sugar and insulin-sensitivity . Organic essential oil of peppermint (Nature's Answer brand I like), which is also available as enteric-coated gelcaps for release in the lower GI tract) are often useful for nausea, too
